Our Terms and Conditions are very straight forward and we reserve the right to refuse participation to any applicant at our discretion. We may also decline a free directory application, or cancel a directory without prior notification at our sole discretion.

We do not allow the following content for use with a Free Directories:

1. Any adult material, or any material which we perceive as adult
2. Any kind of Adsense, spam, or scraper site
3. Any illegal subjects, anything content or depicting violence, fraud, child pornography, racism, or in our opinion offensive material
4. Any type of gambling, or gambling related activities.

Directory Content Liability

You, as the editor of a free directory, are completely responsible for ensuring the legality of any and all content on your directory. This includes any issues of copyright, the accuracy of the material and the appropriate suitability of use.  

Remember, Copyright theft is illegal. Any legal infringements howsoever caused, are the liability of the directory editor and we will assist law enforcement authorities in pursuit of any offenders.
